Dr. Ross F. Elkin

Ross was an outstanding all-around athlete. While attending high school, he was the 1950-1952 Monroe County Handball Champion. In 1951-1952, Ross started on the Franklin Basketball team. Also during his high school career, Ross was the Monroe County Doubles Ping Pong Champion in 1951, and placed second in the singles competition.

After high school, Ross was a semi-finalist in the Monroe County Mens Handball Tournament (1963). He also pitched semi-pro fast pitch for the Ritter Dusties. Furthermore, Ross was the Seniors Golf Champion at Irondequiot Country Club on two occasions.

Ross K. Elkin, DDS Graduated from the University of Buffalo in 1959. He spent two years in Germany as a dentist. He has been married to Marlene for over 50 years. They have two grown children: Susan Elkin and Lisa Jasper and two grandchildren:Kayla and David. Ross and Marlene reside in Brighton, N.Y. Ross has been retired from dentistry since 1997.
