Jerry was an excellent handball, soccer, basketball and baseball player. He was a star player for East High School in baseball, basketball and soccer. He then went to play semi professional basketball and soccer. Jerry and his partner Dave Sachs were Rochester City Champions in the Doubles Handball competition.
