Harvey Stoler

Harvey was a standout Lacrosse player and official. Attending Irondequoit High School in the 70s, he was a three sport star. Harvey excelled in soccer, basketball and lacrosse. Later at the University of Connecticut, he started in lacrosse all four years, was one of the top attackmen in New England and was voted captain in his senior year.

After returning to Rochester, and becoming a pharmacist, Harvey became a lacrosse official and officiated games both at the high school and college level for two decades. He was also selected to officiate at the Empire State games and served as the president of the Western New York Lacrosse Officials organization from 1983 to 1986.

After leaving officiating, he became a coach in Penfield, first serving as the junior high coach, then becoming the defensive coordinator on the varsity. His teams won two Section V titles.
