  <biography>Bob was a two-sport star at Monroe High School in the 1940s, earning honors in both basketball and baseball.  As a guard-forward, he led Monroe to city titles in basketball 1942-43, 1943-44, 1944-45 and 1945-46, and to Sectional championships in 42-43, 43-44, 44-45, and 46-47.  At Monroe, he played on the same team as 1979 Hall of Fame Inductee Morey Isner.

A Monroe co-captain, he earned first team sectional honors on teams selected by both the Democrat &amp; Chronicle and the Times Union.  

As a second baseman and outfielder, he also earned Sectional honors in baseball.  

As a retiree, Bob has been active in his Geneva community heading up Little League baseball and served Temple Beth El as their President.</biography>
