Rochester Jewish Sports Hall of Fame

Known today for his eminence in the field of music and his position as conductor of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, Bernhardt was a hard hitting , slick fielding infielder at Brighton High and later Division III All American in that sport at Union College. He is member of Ph Beta Kappa.
