Ralph Hyman
A hard-hitting sports journalist, Ralph served as sports editor of the Times Union from 1957-1969, later becoming that paper’s sports columnist. His story on a St. Bonaventure-Niagra basketball game was judged as one of the best sports stories of 1961.
