Jeff Erne

Jeff earned headlines in football, basketball and baseball while a student at Pittsford Mendon High. As a quarterback, he was named to the All Greater Rochester Super 22 in both his junior and senior years as well as to the New York State Sportswriters Association Golden 50 first team. He was also named to the Brighton-Pittsford Post’s All Star Team. In baseball, Erne was named to the All County first team in his senior year. Jeff could hit a baseball, “a country mile.” He played varsity basketball three years and captained the team his junior year.

At Ithaca College, the Pittsford resident played tight end and set a flock of school records including most touchdowns scored in a single season, most career TDs, most career pass receptions, and most receptions in a single year. He was named to the Division III All East team and to the national Hewlett Packard third team. Jeff also played in the Aztec Bowl based on his truly outstanding career.
