Rochester Jewish Sports Hall of Fame

Bruce starred in two sports at Brighton High in the early 1970’s. As starting center on the hockey team in 1972 and 1973, he helped lead the Barons to two league titles. As a member of the tennis team he was a two-time All-County choice and captained the ;73 team to a Section V title. He was also the Monroe County high school doubles champion in both 1972 and 1973.

The Rochester native also served as a tennis pro at the Henrietta Racquet Club, the Tennis Club of Rochester, Oak Hill Country club, and the Harley-Allendale-Columbia schools. Pinsky is now (2001) president and CEO of Packaging Consultants in Providence , R.I. He and his wife have two children.
