Rochester Jewish Sports Hall of Fame

Brian was a truly outstanding Wrestler for the Brighton Barrons. In 1983, Brian placed second in the Section v tournament in the 155 pound class. He then proceeded to take second place in the State Tournament.

In 1984, Brian placed first in the Section V tournament. He then went on to the 22nd Annual NYSPHSAA Sectional Wrestling Tournament, which was held in Syracuse NY, and beat his opponent 5-3 in the semi finals. In the finals, he beat Ron LaSorsa from Bay Shore, 4-2, to become the 1984 New York State Champion in the 155 pound weight class.
